Free shipping for Peninsula for orders over 29€*. For Europe, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands shipping is free for orders over €49.

Phexia does not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, or Andorra.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Peninsula - 24 hours if you place the order before 12 pm, otherwise it will be in 48 hours
  • Balearic Islands - 48-72 hours
  • Canary Islands - 72 hours.
  • Rest of Europe - 5-6 days.

Orders will be shipped via DHL or UPS.

During holidays such as Christmas or national holidays we cannot guarantee delivery on the days indicated due to the high volume of shipments.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

If the order is not ready, yes. You can write to our customer service team via email at wecare@phexia.com.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link so that you can track your order online.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product(s) to cancel the contract without obligation. Refunds will be made through the same method of payment used.

A return is due to a defect or receipt of an incorrect product.

Cancellation: Made at the customer’s request.

Terms, refund, costs, and procedure:

Terms (Cancellation): the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product(s) to cancel the contract without obligation. In this case, the customer shall assume the cost of returning the product(s).

Terms (Returns):  Phexia will be liable for any non-conformity of the product within the time limit established by law. Phexia will bear all the costs of the return, the customer can also choose between the exchange of the product for another one in perfect conditions or for the correct item, or for the refund of the product..

Refund (Cancellation/Return): Phexia will refund, if applicable, the corresponding amount, excluding the standard shipping costs of the initial delivery without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it has been informed of the return. The refund will be made by the same method of payment that was used. However, Phexia may withhold it until we have received the products, or the customer has provided proof of the return, whichever condition is met first.

In case of cancellation the return costs are paid by the customer, but Phexia offers the buyer a simple return system to facilitate the process in the case of orders from the Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands. It is a landing page where the customer can fill in their information for pick up. The cost is the same as the shipping cost and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

In the case of an international order, the customer must contact Customer Service to make a cancellation or return, either by email at wecare@phexia.com. In all cases, the cancellation form below must be completed.

Due to the special nature of Phexia products, the following must be considered:

• No returns or cancellations will be accepted for products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, except for those that are defective.

• Products to be returned must be properly packaged, in perfect condition and unused.

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?

At Phexia we prepare our orders with the utmost care, and we try to make sure they are as protected as possible, but if you have received an order with any or all the products damaged in transport or in bad condition, you will NOT have to pay the shipping costs in any case. Also, if you request to replace the same product that was damaged, the shipping and handling costs will be paid by Phexia.

Phexia also gives you the option to return or exchange the products, even if you have received them in perfect conditions, however, in this case, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.

I don't know where my order is, what do I do?

If for any reason you have not received your order tracking email, please contact our customer service team at wecare@phexia.com, we will be happy to assist you. Please make sure you gave us the correct address first. Our delivery service makes up to two attempts but if more than 14 business days have elapsed, the return process to our warehouse may have already been initiated. We recommend you to check all SMS, calls and e-mails.
