How to use CBD oils

The legislation on CBD in Europe is very diverse. While sublingual use (under the tongue) is allowed in countries such as Switzerland, Germany, the United States, or Canada, in Spain, Italy, or France its regulated use is exclusively cosmetic (external use). At Phexia, we cannot recommend any other use due to local regulations. However, it is important to note that sublingual use is the preferred route of administration for expert Cannabis doctors as it is the fastest and most effective way to feel its effects and benefits. Additionally, most published clinical studies use this form of administration.

Your ideal dosage

The dosage of CBD oil you should use will depend on your body weight, metabolism, tolerance level, and the concentration of CBD oil. It's always best to start with a low dosage and gradually increase until you reach the effective dose for you and your goal; improving your sleep, relieving pain, or reducing anxiety. Here's the starting dose for our 10% CBD oil. If you start with a higher concentration, remember to reduce the dosage and start with a maximum of 2-3 drops per day. And finally, if you just want to improve your sleep, you can apply only the night dose 30 minutes before going to bed.

Week 1 (4 drops per day, 2 in the morning and 2 at night: 16 mg of CBD/day)

Week 2 (6 drops per day, 3 in the morning and 3 at night: 24 mg of CBD/day)

Week 3 (8 drops per day, 4 in the morning and 4 at night: 32 mg of CBD/day)
